Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks :

- Standard Processes and Guidelines :
- Common business processes definition and implementation
- Develop common guidelines and standards as per the functional requirement
- Ensure the system reflects defined business processes & Guidelines
- Maintain training materials
- Train local sites on S&OP, Production planning and Project management domains
- Maintain the local network related to the defined scope
- Initiate and lead workshops on various related topics
- EPICs :
- Acting as BPO for S&OP, PP, PS and ECM Domain
- Continuous looking towards operational best practices
- Identify opportunities for breakthrough projects
- Business case establishment aligned with local SCM organizations
- Lead project implementations respecting the Cost, Time and Deliverables
- Contribution and support in cross PL and Stream related topics
- Products Lines & Sites Support :
- Support the sites and PLs to identify actions to drive the expected level of functional maturity
- Provide expertise, tools and methods to the sites/PLs
- Support sites/PL in actions execution
- Key Performance Indicators :
- Define & Maintain operational KPI for S&OP, Project management and production planning departments
Professional experience:
- Overall 10 years of work experience at least
- Experience in machinery equipment industry
- Experience in production planning
- You have experience working with SAP ECC, SAP S4 Hana
- Master Office tools: especially PPT and Excel
Your Profil :
- Master's graduate in Supply Chain, Production Management
- You are fluent in English, French is an advantage
